Dog Poo Bins Update

Thank you to everyone who has contacted Theale Parish Council about the overflowing dog poo bins in and around the village. West Berks Council advised after the "Balancing Our Budget Consultation" that they had not made the proposed cut to this service and would continue to empty the dog poo bins in 2024/2025. We have contacted West Berks Council on behalf of residents to advise that of most of the dog poo bins are full, many are overflowing and that they are not being regularly emptied. West Berks Council have contacted their sub contractor to ask why the bins haven't been emptied. Fingers crossed this matter will be resolved in the coming days. Read More...
